Les soins et massages proposés par The Face Studio sont des prestations de bien-être et d’esthétique. Ils ne constituent pas des actes médicaux et ne remplacent en aucun cas un avis, un diagnostic ou un traitement médical.

Avant votre rendez-vous, il est important de nous informer de tout problème de santé, traitement médical, grossesse, intervention récente, injection esthétique, chirurgie, problème cutané ou autre situation pouvant avoir une incidence sur le soin.
 

En prenant rendez-vous, je confirme :

  • avoir pris connaissance des contre-indications et précautions relatives au soin choisi ;

  • avoir communiqué toute information pertinente concernant mon état de santé ;

  • avoir informé The Face Studio de toute intervention, injection ou traitement récent ;

  • comprendre que The Face Studio peut reporter ou refuser un soin lorsqu’une contre-indication est identifiée ou lorsqu’un avis médical est nécessaire ;

  • comprendre que les résultats peuvent varier d’une personne à l’autre et qu’aucun résultat spécifique ne peut être garanti ;

  • m’engager à signaler tout changement de mon état de santé avant ou pendant le soin.
     

Je certifie que les informations communiquées sont exactes et complètes et consens librement à recevoir le soin choisi.
